Quizás nuestra receta casera no tenga ese color verde vivo de los helados artificiales de pistacho de muchas heladerías, pero seguro que sí sabe a pistacho. Así ganamos también en aporte nutritivo y energético.

Ingredientes: 500 ml. de leche entera, 250 ml. de nata, 4 huevos, 175 grs. de azúcar,
100 grs. de pistachos pelados y sin sal.

Preparación: Calentamos la leche. Montamos bien los huevos con el azúcar. Les añadimos poco a poco la leche y calentamos a fuego lento esta crema de huevos y leche sin dejar de remover para que no llegue a hervir para que espese. Dejamos enfriar esta crema.

Montamos la nata y la mezclamos con la crema de huevos fría. La llevamos al congelador una hora y batimos. Agregamos los pistachos picados y llevamos de nuevo al congelador. Una vez congelada, batimos nuevamente y volvemos a congelar hasta que tenga la textura cremosa del helado.
